Terms of Service and Agreements

Between Soma OS ("Agency Name") and the Client (the business and authorized purchaser).

Effective immediately upon purchase, this Services Agreement confirms the engagement between Soma OS and the Client for a one-time CRM Setup service.

Services & Deliverables

The CRM Setup service includes:

A scheduled meeting with a CRM expert to configure and tailor the Client’s CRM system.

Guided onboarding support to help the Client kick off their CRM experience.

Delivery of configuration steps, recommendations, and any relevant onboarding materials.

This is a single engagement service, not an ongoing subscription.

Pricing

CRM Setup (One-Time Fee): AUD $400

GST (10%) is applied to the purchase price.

Price is exclusive of any discounts/coupons that may be available.

Any discount or coupon applied at checkout will reduce the total fee.

Payment Terms

Payment of AUD $400 (plus GST) is due in full at the time of purchase.

No recurring charges or future billing will occur under this agreement.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or unless Soma OS fails to provide the agreed CRM Setup service.

Terms of Service

Soma OS is committed to providing the Client with a professional, positive onboarding experience.

Soma OS reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel this agreement if the Client engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior that prevents service delivery.

Privacy & Confidentiality

The Client’s confidential information (including business data, communications, and strategies) will not be shared outside of Soma OS without explicit consent.

Access to platform messaging integrations (email, SMS, social channels, etc.) may be visible to authorized users of the Client’s sub-account and Soma OS staff only for technical support or compliance purposes. Soma OS does not use or monitor the Client’s customer communications for its own purposes.

All materials, strategies, and assets provided by Soma OS remain the intellectual property of Soma OS unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Soma OS is not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms, carriers, or services outside its control.

Neither party will be held liable for service delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, system outages, or regulatory actions).

The Client remains responsible for their CRM use after setup.

Terms of Sale

The Client acknowledges that the payment is final, non-refundable, and not subject to chargeback unless Soma OS fails to deliver the agreed CRM Setup session.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Soma OS and the Client for this single service.

Payment Authorization Form

By confirming payment, the Client authorizes Soma OS to process a one-time charge of AUD $400 (plus GST) for the CRM Setup service.

The Client confirms they are an authorized user of the payment method and will not dispute the charge provided Soma OS delivers the agreed service.
